THE ALLUMINATORS

We are an all-senior team. We mentor the other three teams of underclassmen in the ways of robotics, while managing our own team affairs. As seniors, each team member has 3-4 years of experience with robotics. Our advocation of VEX in our school has caused the club to double in size in the past four years. In addition to promoting VEX in our school, we host outreach events that are available to anyone in the county.
Meet Kai Ho
Our robot is a mixture of team work, collaboration, and creativity. In competitions, we can stack eight cubes and also score in towers. We have two arms with conveyors attached at the ends which intake cubes and stack them in the tray. The tray unfolds from the center of the robot in the beginning of the match. The intake conveyors can hold a cube as the arms rise as well, which allows the cube to be deposited into the tower.
